Lithium hydroxide, 56.5% min LiOH
Industrial Grade - 56.5% min
Lithium hydroxide, 56.5% min LiOH Industrial Grade, is a chemical produced by the company SQM Lithium in Chile. It is an inorganic salt with the formula LiOH that occurs as a white crystalline solid that is highly soluble in water and is a highly corrosive compound. This product has a minimum purity of 56.5% and is used in various industrial applications.
Lithium hydroxide, 56.5% min LiOH Industrial Grade, is produced from brine extracted from the Salar de Atacama in northern Chile. The brine is processed at the SQM Lithium production plant in the city of Antofagasta, where various chemical processes are carried out to obtain high-purity lithium hydroxide.
Once produced, lithium hydroxide is packaged and distributed to customers around the world for use in a wide variety of industrial applications, such as the production of batteries, high-temperature lubricants and greases, as well as in the manufacture of products chemicals and other industrial processes. This product is known as Industrial Grade as it is intended primarily for use in industrial processes and not for pharmaceutical or food applications.
