SQM Litio's Compliance area, together with the Audit and Risk teams, is dedicated to promoting and ensuring, both locally and internationally, compliance with integrity and ethics in all of the company's commercial and operational activities. Its mission is to ensure that all employees, suppliers, and customers act responsibly, transparently, and in full compliance with laws and regulatory standards, thus strengthening a corporate culture based on integrity and ethics.

The area works proactively to prevent the commission of crimes or any irregular conduct within the Company. To this end, it implements policies and procedures, identifies risks in activities and operations, to establish preventive measures and conducts audits to ensure the accountability framework for all those involved in the development of our operations.
